Included with your March 1st billing you will find a "Capital Improvement Plan - Public Information Flyer" and "Public Response Survey", you can complete the paper survey and drop off at 1047 Grant Drive, Great Falls, or you can complete the Public Response Survey at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Z5PFHH8 before March 18th.
