Sun Prairie Village County Water & Sewer District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. The District does offer a budget billing program. Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your account number in the Memo line. To avoid a late fee of $10.00, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the 10th of the following month from due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft by eCheck or Debit/Credit Card
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account or debit/credit card and credited to your utility account. There is a $3.00 charge associated with eCheck or 3.5% charge associated with debit/credit card. To set up Automated Bank Draft by eCheck simply download and fill out the eCheck Authorization Form or for credit/debit card download and fill out the Credit Card Authorization Form. Both Forms are located below under Relevant Documents then drop off or mail to the District. *With eCheck the District will need a copy of a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address located at 1047 Grant Drive, Great Falls. Effective June 1, 2021 the lobby is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We accept cash, check, money orders, or debit/credit cards with a 3.5% convienence fee. The Board asks if you are sick or have been sick in the previous 24 hours to please use the Drop Box or call the office, please DO NOT ENTER the lobby. A Drop Slot is located under the window to the right of the front door, please include either lot address or account number with your payment, if payment is made by cash please include a contact name and phone number so we may call to verify payment amount received.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Payment Through PayPal
The District is giving the PayPal.me a try to start receiving payments through PayPal. To make a payment using PayPal click here: https://paypal.me/SPVCWSD. The same 3 1/2% convenience fee will be added to the customer's account upon payment received from PayPal processing. Make sure to include service address and/or account number in the "Note" field when making payment.
Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)
Low Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) provides funds to assist low-income households with water and wastewater bills. LIHWAP grants are available to States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, and Federally and state-recognized Indian Tribes and tribal organizations that received fiscal year 2021 Low Income Household Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) grants.
